Pivot is weekly group training. No private coach.
Best for: newer agents or agents on a tight budget who want structure, ideas, and a weekly rhythm before they invest in one-on-one coaching.
The tradeoff: nobody is looking at your specific numbers and holding you to them. If you need accountability, Pivot won't give you enough.
Tom Ferry Core: $749 a month
Core is the foundation. Two private sessions a month.
Best for: agents who need structure. A real schedule, consistent lead generation habits, scripts you can use Monday morning, and someone holding you to the numbers.
What's included: 24 private sessions a year, discounted event tickets, and a business partner add-on for $250 a month.
Tom Ferry Elite: $1,299 a month
Elite doubles the private time. Roughly weekly sessions.
Best for: agents already producing who want to scale. Less time on fundamentals, more on systems, marketing, delegation, and building a business that doesn't collapse when you take a week off.
What's included: 48 private sessions a year, a Success Summit ticket, access to the Elite Retreat, and a business partner add-on for $450 a month.
Tom Ferry Team coaching
Team coaching is for team leaders and agents making the jump from solo.
Best for: hiring, accountability structures, splits, lead distribution, and the operational side most agents learn the hard way.
I coach this one from experience. When we talk about splits and lead distribution, that's not theory I read about. It's payroll I signed.
Core vs Elite: which one fits you?
This is the question I get most. The honest answer: the right program matches your production, not your ego.
An agent doing 8 deals a year in Elite is buying accountability they aren't ready to use. An agent doing 40 deals in Pivot is underbuying.
