We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view. This comes through our website host, Squarespace, and its built-in analytics.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver coaching services, send information you have requested, and improve this website. If you opt in to receive emails, we use your address to send them, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate this business: Squarespace (website hosting and analytics), Google (scheduling and email), and any email platform we use to communicate with you. Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information when required by law.
