Those years built a foundation in negotiation, sales psychology, leadership, and customer experience that continues to shape his coaching today.
In 2007, Chris transitioned into residential real estate, closing hundreds of successful transactions across Southern California. His experience spans luxury coastal properties, investment real estate, foreclosures, short sales, first-time buyers, and traditional resale homes, giving him firsthand knowledge of virtually every type of market.
In 2019, Chris combined decades of sales, business development, leadership, and peak performance experience to become a Tom Ferry Certified Performance Coach with the world's leading real estate coaching organization. Today he coaches many of the industry's top agents, teams, and business owners, helping them increase production, improve leadership, strengthen accountability, and build scalable businesses.
