I coach three Tom Ferry programs: Core, Elite, and Team+.
Core is the foundation. It's built for agents who need structure — a real schedule, consistent lead generation habits, scripts they can use on Monday morning, and someone holding them to the numbers.
Elite is for agents already producing who want to scale. Less time on fundamentals, more on systems, marketing, delegation, and building a business that doesn't collapse when you take a week off.
Team+ is for team leaders and agents making the jump from solo. Hiring, accountability structures, splits, lead distribution, and the operational side most agents learn the hard way. I coach this one from experience, not theory. I run the Chris Robertson Real Estate Group across South Orange County and Los Angeles County.
Beyond Tom Ferry, I'm a Certified Life Coach and certified in Exactly What to Say by Phil M. Jones. That matters more than it sounds. Most coaching failures aren't strategy problems, they're either mindset or language — the agent knows what to do and can't make themselves do it, or they know what to say and it lands wrong. I'm trained on both sides of that.
Which program fits depends on your production, your goals, and how much accountability you actually want. That's usually a ten-minute conversation.

Tom Ferry International is the largest coaching and training organization in real estate. Tom Ferry founded it, runs it, and has been ranked the #1 real estate educator by the Swanepoel Power 200. He's written "Life! By Design" and "Mindset, Model and Marketing," and he's logged more than 100,000 coaching sessions.
The company is built around a few things: one-on-one accountability coaching, live training events, and a set of frameworks that get taught the same way to every client. Business by Design is the planning system. The 8 Levels of Performance is how you figure out where an agent actually sits and what the next move is. None of it came from a whiteboard. It came from watching thousands of agents across good markets and bad ones and keeping what held up.
Coaches aren't hired off a resume. Every one goes through certification, and every coach is required to be coached themselves, so the system stays consistent instead of drifting into personal opinion.
I've been coaching in the organization since 2019. The frameworks are Tom's. What I bring on top of them is 25+ years in real estate, an active California broker's license, and a team I still run across South Orange County and LA County. When you call me about a deal going sideways, you're getting someone who closed one last month.

I'm still selling.
I'm a licensed California broker, DRE #01727638, and I run the Chris Robertson Real Estate Group across South Orange County and Los Angeles County. Most coaches stopped producing years ago. When you bring me a listing appointment that went sideways or a deal falling apart at day 15, I'm not pulling from memory. I closed one last month.
I came into this through mortgage, not sales. I spent years on the financing side before moving to production in 2007, which means when a client's loan is dying I know why, and I know who to call. Most agents learn that the hard way, on a deal that doesn't close.
I've been coaching with Tom Ferry since 2019 and logged over 20,000 one-on-one calls. I'm also a Certified Life Coach and certified in Exactly What to Say by Phil M. Jones. That combination is the actual difference. Most coaching failures aren't strategy problems. The agent knows what to do and can't make themselves do it, or knows what to say and it lands wrong. One is mindset, the other is language. I'm trained on both, and I use them in the same call.
And I run a team, so when we talk about hiring, splits, or lead distribution, that's not theory I read about. It's payroll I signed.

Tom Ferry coaching runs from $149 to $1,299 a month depending on the program.
Pivot is $149 a month for weekly group training sessions. Core is $749 a month, or $8,388 annually, and includes 24 private coaching sessions a year. Elite is $1,299 a month, or $14,488 annually, with 48 private sessions a year. Annual billing saves about 7%. Team coaching is priced separately based on team size and structure.
Core adds a business partner option for $250 a month, Elite for $450. Elite includes a Success Summit ticket and access to the Elite Retreat. Core gets discounted event tickets.
Here's the honest part. The right number isn't the cheapest one, it's the one that matches your production. An agent doing 8 deals a year in Elite is buying accountability they aren't ready to use. An agent doing 40 in Pivot is underbuying. Tom Ferry also runs a Right Coach Guarantee, so if the match isn't working, you get moved to a different coach.
Figuring out which tier actually fits is a ten-minute conversation, not a sales call.
Pricing current as of July 2026.

Direct. If you want someone to tell you you're doing great, hire somebody else.
Sessions start with your numbers. Appointments set, appointments held, listings taken, conversion. We look at what you actually did, not what you meant to do. Then we figure out what's in the way, and usually it isn't strategy. Most agents already know what to do. They're stuck on either mindset or language: they can't make themselves do the thing, or they say the thing and it lands wrong.
That's where the certifications come in. I'm a Certified Life Coach and certified in Exactly What to Say by Phil M. Jones, so I can work the mental block and the script in the same call. One without the other doesn't stick.
You'll leave with a schedule, systems, and standards. Not a pep talk. A calendar you follow and numbers you track.
I also spend real time on AI and social media, because that's where listings are coming from now. Sellers are finding agents through ChatGPT and Perplexity. Buyers are finding them on Instagram and YouTube. I coach agents on how to show up in both, how to use AI for content and follow-up without sounding like a robot, and how to build a presence that generates appointments instead of likes. Most coaches are still teaching 2019 lead gen. That gap is widening fast.
Expect to be held to what you said you'd do. That's the whole point. Agents who want a cheerleader don't last with me. Agents who want to grow tend to stay for years.

A free weekly mastermind on Zoom, one hour, open to every agent I coach.
It's not a webinar. It's a working session with agents from across the country who are all in my coaching program. Someone brings a listing appointment that went sideways, a seller objection they couldn't handle, a hiring decision they're stuck on, and we solve it live. Everyone else in the room takes the answer with them.
I also bring in subject matter experts regularly. Specialists on AI, video, social media, lead conversion, team operations, whatever my clients are actually working on that quarter. You get the person who does the thing for a living, not a summary of what they said.
The nationwide part matters more than it sounds. You're hearing what's working in markets that aren't yours, from agents who have no reason to hold back because they're not competing with you. Referrals move through that room. So do vendors, systems, and scripts that somebody already tested.
Coaching clients also get access to private Facebook groups for members, and the Revii app — Tom Ferry's accountability platform, where you track activity, manage action items with me between sessions, run AI roleplay on scripts, and monitor your pipeline. Web and mobile.
Plus the rest of the ecosystem: the resource library of scripts and templates, the Tom Ferry referral network across all coaching members, and quarterly business planning workshops. Event access depends on your program tier.
-
That's what I call my coaching clients.
It started as shorthand and stuck, and now it means something specific. Rockstars are the agents I coach one-on-one, plus everyone who shows up to the weekly mastermind. Same room, same standards, same expectation that you do what you said you'd do between calls.
They're a subset of the larger Tom Ferry ecosystem — thousands of coaching members and hundreds of coaches nationwide. You get all of that: the referral network, the events, the resource library, the community. The Rockstars are the smaller group inside it that actually knows each other. That's the part that's hard to build and the part agents tell me they didn't expect to matter as much as it does.
Referrals move between them. So do hires, vendors, and the occasional deal. When someone lands a big listing, the room hears about it. When someone's having a bad quarter, the room hears about that too.

Words matter. In real estate, the right words at the right moment can be the difference between winning a listing, overcoming an objection, or losing the opportunity altogether.
That's why I became certified in Exactly What to Say for Real Estate Professionals by Phil M. Jones. This certification goes beyond scripts. It focuses on the psychology of communication—knowing what to say, how to say it, and when to say it to create trust, reduce resistance, and guide conversations naturally.
As my coaching client, you'll learn the same proven language patterns I use to help agents confidently handle objections, convert more leads, win more listings, negotiate more effectively, and build stronger relationships with buyers and sellers.
Communication is one of the highest-return skills you can develop. When you consistently choose the right words, better conversations lead to better appointments, better clients, and better results.
-
Absolutely. I am a certified social media and AI authority, and I help real estate professionals turn these tools into practical lead-generation systems—not just more noise, more apps, or more unfinished ideas.
We will build a clear strategy for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Reels, Stories, LinkedIn, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts. You will learn how to create content that builds trust, demonstrates your expertise, starts conversations, and generates more buyer and seller opportunities.
I will also show you how to use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok to research your market, develop content, improve follow-up, respond to leads, create marketing campaigns, and save time throughout your business.
The goal is not to be everywhere or chase every new trend. The goal is to create a consistent social media and AI-powered system that helps you become more visible, stay relevant, and convert more conversations into appointments and closings.
Clients who want to go deeper can also access our dedicated AI Academy, focused on the latest tools, technology, automations, and integration opportunities for real estate.

Absolutely. Effective coaching is not limited by geography.
The Tom Ferry coaching program is international and designed to help real estate professionals succeed in their own markets. I personally coach agents and business owners throughout the United States and Canada, each with different market conditions, price points, challenges, and opportunities.
All coaching calls are conducted through Zoom, which means you can be virtually anywhere and still receive the same level of strategy, accountability, and support.
The fundamentals remain the same: generate leads, improve conversion, create stronger systems, follow a schedule, sharpen your skills, and execute consistently. We customize those strategies around your specific market and goals.
My coaching schedule runs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, allowing me to serve clients across multiple time zones.
Your location is not the deciding factor. Your willingness to implement, stay accountable, and do the work is what produces results.

That's great to hear.

You'll leave the call with clear, actionable strategies you can implement immediately—regardless of whether we decide to continue working together.
